Structure
Our factory produces an exceptional product called the BHJY-series dosing device. This device utilizes a metering pump as the core dosing equipment and is equipped with a dosing box, agitator, level gauge, safety valve, check valve, pressure gauge, filter, buffer, pipeline, valve, base, escalator, automatic monitoring system, and power control system assembled onto a common platform to meet the process requirements - this is referred to as a skid-mounted modular unit.
Characteristics
The BHJY-series dosing devices utilize mechatronics technology and can be installed in either a fixed or mobile (cart type) manner. Both types of dosing devices come equipped with a mixing system, dosing system, and automatic control system. Multiple fixed pry-ups can be connected to form a single unit. The frequency conversion control system allows for local control, remote automatic control, and manual/automatic reciprocal dosing. These Automatic Dosing Systems Equipment are compact in structure, operate quietly, and have a small footprint. They are also easy to install and use, making them a convenient choice for many applications.
Through different process design, the dosing device accurately configures the solutions of various solid and liquid chemicals, and then accurately feeds them with metering pumps to meet various design requirements. Such as scale removal, oxygen removal, coagulation, acid addition, alkali addition, etc.
The dosing process can be operated manually, and the dosing device can be automatically controlled by means of various electrical appliances such as PC, magnetic tilting plate level gauge, PH meter, stroke controller, frequency converter and so on.
The volume of the solution box in the dosing device can be from 0.1 M3 to 20 m3. It can be selected according to the dosing amount. According to the different medium of transportation, there are many kinds of materials to choose, such as carbon steel (carbon steel lining), stainless steel, non-metallic materials (PE, PVC, PP, PTFE), etc.
